Creating Hope Texas Inc. is a Houston-based nonprofit Located in the heart of Houston's Third Ward. We strive to uplift our community with compassion and unwavering Rooted in personal experience and deep compassion, we provide practical support that meets urgent needs while empowering people to rebuild their lives with confidence and purpose.
5 DAYS A WEEK our team delivers hot meals, TWICE A MONTH hygiene supplies, TWICE A WEEK we assistance with vital documents such as IDs, Social Security cards, and birth certificates. We also provide home-assistant services and support low-income housing opportunities for individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them rebuild stability and independence. We believe every human being deserves the basic tools required to function in society, and we work tirelessly to remove barriers that keep individuals trapped in cycles of poverty.
For families with children, we offer monthly food support. Blackshear School lunch deliveries every 1st and last, and ongoing community outreach to ensure no child goes hungry. We are committed to building long-term solutions—including a mobile shower unit and a dedicated community space—to expand our services and serve more neighbors with dignity, consistency, and care.
